New this year! Women’s Sunday School Class beginning September 15, 9:30-10:30 AM

Woman as Life-Giver {Servant Leader}

The word “leader” is often thought of in regard to positional leadership – ‘a specific office one holds and the influence that flows from that.’ But Biblical, life-giving leadership is about servant leadership – ‘selfless and sacrificial love made tangible; an invitation to die to oneself and become more like Jesus.’ Life-giving leadership is grounded in God’s Word and filled with the purpose of glorifying Him in a relationally-driven and decidedly different way than anything the world teaches us. This class, based on the book Life-Giving Leadership by Susan Hunt & Karen Hodge will challenge you to think biblically and lead covenantally, to reflect Jesus – not agendas; and submit to God and the complementarian leadership of the church. This class is about life-giving servant leadership, and aims to equip the women of God’s church to set our purpose on eternal goals – not specific tasks. Class taught by various women.
