New Here

Welcome!

Proclamation is a Bible-centered, Christ-focused, confessional Presbyterian church serving the western suburbs of Philadelphia. We are convinced the ordinary means of grace—the Word, prayer, sacraments, and fellowship—are the primary means God uses to convert and grow His people into conformity with His Son. Toward that end, we are committed to:
  • Expositional preaching of the inerrant Word of God
  • Reverent and joyful worship of our glorious Triune God
  • Fellowship with God in prayer as we intercede for His kingdom to come
  • Redemptive community within the body of Christ
  • Cultivating a heart of compassion for the lost in our community and around the world
Please spend time on our website where you can listen to sermons, stream worship services, and learn about our ministry to children, youth, college students, and seniors, our music ministry for all ages, women’s and men’s Bible studies, community groups, Japanese and Korean ministry, English as a Second Language ministry, and more. We look forward to meeting you soon!

Warmly in Christ,
Pastor Ben

Sunday School

The purpose of the Christian education ministry at Proclamation is to equip God’s people for the work of ministry, build up the body of Christ (his church), and assist all participants (young and old) to experience the “full measure” of the Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 4:12-13).

All are welcome to attend Christian education classes during Sunday School hour (9:00-10:10 AM). Class topics vary by trimester.

Families with Children

In Worship

Children of all ages are welcome in our worship services. The way we welcome children in church affects the way they respond to the Church, God, and to others. We want them to know that they are at home in this place of worship.

Children's Church

Children are a gift to the Church and are a reminder that our congregation is growing. To accommodate families with young children, we are excited to provide Children's Church for kids age 6 and under during our 10:30 a.m. worship service.

Nursery

Sundays are often challenging for families with young children. We have a cry room at the rear of our sanctuary for nursing mothers, and our wonderful nursery team is here to care for you by caring for your little ones.

Accessibility

Our sanctuary and church building is wheelchair accessible and our sanctuary has a hearing loop system for those who are hearing impaired. We also have a Disability Care Team who are passionate about serving both children and adults with special needs. This can look different for each person. It could mean transportation, or guidance for those visually impaired, or supervisory care for dependents so that guardians may worship. We hope you will contact us with questions so that we may joyfully come alongside and serve you.

International

We hope to reach our community with the Gospel in other languages and with our ESL program. We hope you will take the time to learn about our Japanese and Korean services!

Ways to Connect

Proclamation has a number of ways to connect with others. As someone who is new, we hope you would be interested in learning more about some of the ministries and opportunities we offer as a church.

New Member Class

For those interested in learning more about Proclamation, Pastor Ben leads Proclamation 101. This Sunday school class is offered twice a year, in the Fall and Spring semesters. If you are interested in learning more about the class, email Henry.

We offer an evening service at Proclamation at 5:00 p.m. The evening service is a wonderful opportunity to get to know folks. There is a special prayer service and dinner on the first of the month. For more information, email Pastor Ken.

Growth Groups

Across the region, there are growth groups which meet in homes of our members. For more information on growth groups, click here.

Wednesday Evenings

We have a number of ministries which all meet on Wednesday evenings! Our intention is that the whole family would be able to attend together. We offer a dinner weekly. For more information, click here.
